Providing over 650,000 visitors per year with fantastic stories of London’s icon cathedral, ATS supplies the multimedia guide handsets, the all year round operational staff and developed over 200 minutes of creative audio, film and app content to provide a premium visitor experience.
In selecting a hardware and content partner St Paul’s were looking for a company that could help to develop content that would tell their story creatively. They also needed a team that could run the device operation (the biggest price inclusive operation in the country) to ensure that every visitor receives a guide and understands quickly how to use it. The tour is available in 10 languages, BSL (British Sign Language) and Audio Described versions.
